Rail system for heavy panels. 360° adjustment and ultra-fast assembly without special tools.
When a project demands covering entire walls and ceilings with large-format, heavy panels, Stratlock is our recommendation. At Riviera Trade we have installed it on hotel refurbishments, luxury retail spaces and main saloons of superyachts where panels exceed 10 kg and need a 360-degree adjustment system that allows perfect alignment without special tools.
With over 20 years of experience, we know that Stratlock is the Fastmount system that best resolves large-scale cladding. The aluminium rail is fixed to the wall or ceiling and the male clips (up to 18 kg each) slide along it to the desired position. This allows extensive surfaces to be covered with a much more flexible clip distribution than point-to-point systems.
Stratlock requires upfront planning of the rail routing and male clip distribution. Our team carries out the technical study, defines the rail and connector layout (90-degree, 180-degree, wall-to-ceiling) and can handle the full installation or train the client's team. For projects outside the Balearics, we send detailed drawings and provide remote technical support.
The main advantage is positioning flexibility. With a continuous rail, you can adjust the horizontal position of the male clip without limitations. Additionally, for large heavy panels, the rail distributes the load more evenly. We recommend it whenever panels exceed 1 m2 or 8 kg in weight.
Yes. The SL-RCA180 and SL-C-WC90-FR connectors are designed for the wall-to-ceiling transition, and fire-rated versions (SL-M18-FR) are certified for ceiling installation in public buildings and vessels. In our yacht projects we regularly use them on saloon ceilings.
Yes — that is one of the system's greatest strengths. Each panel slides independently on the rail. You can remove a single panel to access services or replace it with a different one without disturbing the adjacent panels. Ideal for yacht maintenance and for retail spaces that refresh their look regularly.
